At Elite HomeCarers we operate as a total quality company, a philosophy that is adopted and operated by all of our employees in everything that we do.

The primary objective of Elite HomeCarers Integrated Management Manual (IMM) is to achieve and where possible exceed the specified standard of quality and to be able to demonstrate that this standard is maintained throughout all that we do.

To achieve this objective there are written procedures for every aspect of our work and for each administrative function undertaken. These procedures together with the documents to which they make reference form our quality management plan.

We continually evaluate all that we do and any items that can be improved are as part of our process for continual improvement. We hold formal monthly staff meetings involving all departments to discuss any quality issues and how they are best addressed. Informal discussions take place daily as an integral part of our quality culture and continual improvement process that assesses our quality procedures for existing work and for the development of our company.

The role, responsibilities and relationships of each job function within the management structure are clearly defined. These are updated accordingly as the company develops to reflect developing and changing roles.

We believe that it is important that individual responsibilities are well defined and that lines of communication are clear; that all individuals within the company understand the importance of what they do and how they undertake their roles and the way it reflects on them as people, their colleagues and the company as a whole.
